Do I need a reservation?

Reservations are not required but we highly recommend them! There are a limited number of seats at our candle bar and walk-ins will be accepted only if space is available. Groups of 4 or more should always reserve in advance.

How do I book?

Book online through our website — it takes about 2 minutes. Choose your date, experience type, and party size. You'll receive an instant email confirmation with a link to manage your reservation.

Can I reschedule?

Yes! You can reschedule anytime via the link in your confirmation email. No fees for rescheduling regardless of timing.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refunds for cancellations made 24+ hours prior to your reservation. No refunds for same-day cancellations. You may reschedule at any time via your confirmation link as an alternative to canceling.

What happens if I'm late?

Experiences start at the top of the hour. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you and your reservation may be forfeited. Please arrive a few minutes early to sign waivers and get settled.

What does the $40 fee cover?

$40 covers the entire process to create your own custom scented candle. This includes your choice of vessel, up to 3 fragrances you blend yourself at the candle bar, a lid, all-natural soy wax, and a cotton wick. There are no hidden fees or upsells.

How long does a kandle experience last?

Your spot at the candle bar is reserved for 1 hour. Once poured, your candle will need 2–3 hours to cool. We'll text you when it's ready. Explore while you wait!

How many fragrances can I blend?

You may choose up to three fragrance oils to create your signature scented candle. We have 60+ fragrance options organized by scent family — floral, fresh, woodsy, sweet, citrus, and seasonal specials. Your chandler guide helps you find the perfect combination.

What if I don't know what scents I want?

That's what your chandler is for! They'll ask about scents you love, walk you through the fragrance families, and help you create a blend you'll adore. There are no wrong choices — every combination is unique.

What are the candles made from?

All fragrance oils are 100% phthalate-free. We use all-natural Golden Brands 464 wax produced from US-grown soybeans with cotton wicks. No paraffin, no synthetic additives.

When can I take my candle home?

Your candle needs 2–3 hours to cool and set properly. We'll text you when it's ready. We hold candles for 30 days guaranteed — no rush to pick it up.

What should I wear?

Be comfortable! We have aprons available, but we suggest leaving the designer duds at home, just in case. Wax washes out of most fabrics, but prevention is easier than cleanup.

What does the $15 fee cover?

$15 covers a 50-minute visit in the Kitten Klubhouse to play with our foster kittens. Your fee helps with klubhouse upkeep, food, and litter. We do not charge our partner rescue — your visit directly supports kitten care.

Are there rules for playing with kittens?

Yes. Our fosters must be treated with kindness and respect. Don't chase them, pick them up without permission, pull their tails, or disturb them while sleeping or eating. Let the kittens come to you on their terms — you're visiting their home. Your Klubhouse Kounselor will go over the full rules when you arrive.

Where do the kittens come from?

We partner with Killer Kitties Rescue to provide foster care for their rescues. All kittens have been fully vetted, spayed/neutered, and vaccinated before arriving at the Klubhouse.

How do I adopt a kitten?

All adoptions are handled by our rescue partner, Killer Kitties Rescue. Let your Klubhouse Kounselor know which kitten you're interested in and they'll get you started with an adoption application. The rescue reviews every application to ensure a great match.

How often do kittens change?

Our roster changes frequently as fosters find their forever homes and new rescues arrive. Follow us on social media for kitten updates, or just book a visit and see who's currently in the Klubhouse!

Is there an age minimum?

Participants must be at least 7 years old for all experiences. Children under 7 are not permitted in the candle bar area or Kitten Klubhouse. All participants under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.

I'm allergic to cats. Can I still do a kandle experience?

Yes! Our candle bar and Kitten Klubhouse are completely separate spaces with independent air filtration systems. While we have taken every precaution to ensure safety, the assumption of risk is yours.

Are there any fragrance allergy concerns?

All our fragrance oils are 100% phthalate-free. If you have severe fragrance sensitivities, please let us know when you arrive and your chandler can help you select milder options.

Is the space wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Our location is ADA accessible with ground-level entry, wide aisles in the candle bar, and accessible restrooms. The Kitten Klubhouse is on the same level with no steps.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes, all participants must sign a waiver before any experience. Guardians sign for minors under 18. You can complete the waiver online before arrival to save time — the link is in your confirmation email.

What are your hours?

Tuesday–Thursday: 11am–8pm, Friday–Saturday: 11am–9pm, Sunday: 11am–8pm. Closed Mondays.

Is there parking?

We validate parking for up to 3 hours in the on-site lot — more than enough for any experience. Ask staff to validate your parking at check-in.

Can I bring food or drinks?

No outside food or drinks in the candle bar or Kitten Klubhouse, please. We don't serve food, but there are excellent restaurants and cafes within walking distance — perfect for a meal while your candle cools.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! Digital gift cards are available in any amount and delivered instantly via email with an optional personal message. Physical gift cards are available in-store in $10–$100 increments. Gift cards never expire and can be used for any experience or retail purchase.

What's included in a private event?

Private events include 2 hours with the candle bar to yourselves (up to 12 guests), a dedicated staff member, DJ jukebox access, and optional kitten klubhouse time. We can customize packages for your group. Contact us for full pricing.

Can I bring decorations for a party?

Yes! You're welcome to bring decorations, a cake, and party supplies. We ask that you clean up afterward and that all decorations be kitten-safe (no small items, ribbons, or balloons in the Klubhouse).
